Meet Our Team
Sandra Hopkins is the Director and Managing Consultant for University Consulting Group (UCG).  Ms. Hopkins has over 20 years of experience as an organization and human resource consultant.  Ms. Hopkins holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Fellowship in Change Management from Johns Hopkins University.  She is a certified executive coach and group facilitator and is recognized for her ability to create and sustain change in organizations.  Ms. Hopkins is sought after for her ability to guide complex organizations with diverse stakeholders in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives.  She served as a volunteer for the Harford County District Office of the American Red Cross and a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chapter of the American Red Cross.  As a member of the Red Cross delegation to Israel, she was instrumental in securing membership for Morgan David Adam in the International Red Cross community.  Ms. Hopkins was awarded the American Red Cross William J. Casey award for Administrative Services.

Dina Boogaard, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant with UCG providing executive coaching and consulting to individuals, groups, and organizations. Dr. Boogaard’s areas of concentration include leadership development, communication, conflict management, strategic planning and teambuilding.  In addition to being a facilitator and certified mediator, she has worked with diverse groups both in the United States and abroad. She has a MA in Organizational Development, a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Graduate University, and was granted their Social Justice Award for collaborative work with underprivileged children in Philadelphia. She also serves as adjunct faculty in the Johns Hopkins Graduate School of Business and Management, teaching conflict management and mediation, strategic planning and problem solving, and action science.
